University of Florida and Barry Law

Eloisa Pino is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Pino Law Firm, LLC, a boutique litigation firm dedicated to representing individuals and families throughout Florida in personal injury, wrongful death, business litigation, construction defect, and real estate disputes. Known for her strategic advocacy, meticulous preparation, and unwavering commitment to her clients, she has built a practice centered on delivering exceptional legal representation with personalized service.

Originally from Honduras, Eloisa immigrated to the United States at the age of 19 with the goal of becoming an attorney. Through determination, perseverance, and an unwavering work ethic, she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.

Prior to founding Pino Law Firm, Eloisa practiced at one of the nation's largest personal injury law firms, where she represented hundreds of clients through every stage of litigation. There, she developed extensive experience handling complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, refining the trial skills and litigation strategy that continue to define her practice today.

Throughout her career, Eloisa has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients through settlements and trial verdicts. She is recognized for her ability to successfully litigate challenging cases, negotiate complex insurance disputes, and advocate for individuals facing catastrophic injuries and significant financial hardship. Her client-centered philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person deserves an attorney who is accessible, prepared, and willing to fight relentlessly for the best possible outcome.

Beyond her legal practice, Eloisa is deeply committed to serving both the legal profession and the Central Florida community. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Personal Injury Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, where she helps lead educational programming and professional development for fellow attorneys. She also serves on the Board of the Orange County Bar Association Foundation, supporting initiatives that promote access to justice, legal education, and community outreach. In addition, Eloisa actively volunteers with local charitable organizations and community programs that provide assistance to families and individuals in need, reflecting her belief that attorneys have a responsibility to serve both inside and outside the courtroom.

As a bilingual attorney fluent in both English and Spanish, Eloisa is passionate about ensuring that members of the Hispanic community have meaningful access to high-quality legal representation. She founded Pino Law Firm with the vision of creating a modern boutique practice where every client receives direct attorney involvement, transparent communication, and compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.

Outside the office, Eloisa enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, and giving back to the community that has helped shape both her personal and professional journey. Her story, from arriving in the United States with little more than a dream to building a successful litigation practice, continues to inspire the values that define Pino Law Firm: integrity, perseverance, compassion, and excellence.
