As a case manager at Pino Law Firm, Gigi Rodriguez combines empathy, patience, and strong communication to guide clients through the claims process during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

Before entering the legal field, she spent her career in education as a Spanish teacher, where she developed the compassion, organization, and interpersonal skills that shape how she serves clients every day.

After relocating to Orlando to join the firm, Gigi has built experience coordinating medical treatment, communicating with insurance adjusters to identify available coverage, assisting clients with property damage and injury concerns, and keeping every client updated throughout their case. She also works with medical providers to obtain records and billing for demand packages and litigation.

She is dedicated to making sure every client feels heard, supported, and confident, delivering compassionate service with professionalism and accuracy.
